SPEAKERS

Luz Michelle, Debbie Nigro, Charlie Ponger,

Charlie Ponger:

Hey everyone, welcome to the Official Seenagers. I'm Charlie Ponger, along with Luz Michelle and Debbie Nigro.

Debbie, Luz:

What's going on? Man? We're here. This is a theme for the day. You ready? I made it. Okay, there goes another body part Jesus, God, what's happening? Right? We are all born with, hopefully, the basic body parts. Some people are more fortunate than others in that category. But as time goes on, and you start to grow up, you start to get like annoyed with certain parts of your body that you just don't like, right? And as time goes on, you get more annoyed with things and then time goes on. From there. All of a sudden, like every other day, we get blown up body parts, like Ah, geez, what happened today? So what I'd like to do is have everybody take a moment, slow down. Think about, I want you all to think about your body's fix was let's start with an upbeat thing, because we're an upbeat show. What do you love about yourself? And then what do you really wish you didn't have on you? What do you what do you not like about your body? Right? And then what on your body? is giving you trouble today?

Charlie Ponger:

Well, it all starts when you you know if you are a young guy, yeah. You break something when you're a kid, and you don't realize how much that's gonna hurt you later,

Debbie, Luz:

right now. Wait, yeah, I mean, cover very, very fast. You don't remember that. And then

Charlie Ponger:

50 years later, 40 years later, 30 years later, like a fuck is wrong on my ankle?

Charlie & Debbie:

It's a bad game show. Yeah, right. You got delayed reaction game show.

Charlie Ponger:

And then, you know,

Luz Michelle:

it's different.

Charlie Ponger:

That's gonna hurt later.

Debbie, Luz:

When you were a teenager. Yeah, a real teenager. Teenager? Yeah. And you were out working it? What did you love most about your swagger? Like what what would you lead with? When you'd walk into a room? You felt good about like, what was it on you?

Charlie Ponger:

I had an Afro I didn't really think about that kind of stuff.

Luz Michelle:

But you just said it quickly. Yeah.

Charlie Ponger:

And I had a pic in my back pocket. Yeah. My friend Greg Phillips gave me a pic and I use it all the time.

Debbie Nigro:

Italian hair is like that. I know. I had Afro hair. You did? I did. Which was inappropriate. Trying to figure out what to do with it. You know, and I had a lot of chemical straightening until you did. That's another story. But okay, so your Afro I can see you walking in blues. You're walking in a room, man. You're a teenager. What's your swagger? What do you got going on? You're

Luz Michelle:

proud of W's clicking teeny. I think it was always my legs. And long legs. Yeah. She's got legs. I love that. What about you?

Debbie Nigro:

My smile? Your smile. I always walk in with my smile, because everything else was disgusting. I had frizzy hair in the back then the you're trying to hide the acne? Yeah, there's always some pimple that came out right before the party. Yeah, that you tend to put some stuff on. Like, they'd walk in and be like, What's that stuff on your face? You're like, behind the pimple?

Charlie Ponger:

You know, I've been around one of my son in laws, but both of them for a long time. Right? So I'm seeing and they're in their 30s. But I'm seeing the aging process. Right. Like there's one you know, poor Chase. I mean, first hurts his back. He's got to have surgery on that. Then he snaps his ankle he's got to have surgery on that. You

Debbie:

don't want to tell them what you know is coming. You know, it's the beginning. I'm

Charlie Ponger:

like, bro, how you feeling because I feel good. I'm looking for thigh us with the concussions from being a big lacrosse player. I mean, it goes on it goes on. Now I'm starting to see that my son in laws are starting to get gray hair.

Luz Michelle:

That gray hair that's always exciting. has been that my husband has a smile too. When he walks into room. He has a huge smile. Yeah, like,

Debbie, Luz:

I want to like I want to know him. Well, he paid for the whole thing.

Luz Michelle:

He leaves with a good guy. What's his name again? Harrison. Harrison. The good guy.

Debbie:

Okay, what body part? You're always trying to camouflage. Ah.

Charlie:

I never thought about camouflage. What do you mean? Well,

Luz Michelle:

I mean

Charlie:

what are you talking about?

Debbie, Luz:

There's a body part. Yeah, we all have that we don't really want to show in its true form. So we create some kind of illusion around you. So you know looking over there or it's kind of like not

Luz Michelle:

really losing

Charlie Ponger:

you teed this up for me, but I can't even say so. I'm not even gonna do it. You know, and anyway,

Debbie, Luz:

well, you know, I try to keep it clean today. No, no women more so than guys. What are trying to hide stuff a muffin top. Thought inner, blue inner thighs that you know.

charlie ponger:

Am I Am I missing out on this? Like,

Debbie:

no, you just don't know anything. Everything's fine.

charlie ponger:

I'm not paying attention to anything.

Luz Michelle:

Great. Can

Debbie, Luz:

I have a sweater like you have any love handles under that shirt? Of course I do that That's what I'm talking about. Oh, all right. Do you want to wear a tight shirt to show off your love handles? Are you going to wear something a little bit looser? Everything just seems like it's

charlie ponger:

alright, so I guess I need to pay attention

Debbie, Luz:

to that. You just don't call it camouflage but that is we doing it camouflage right now you're not camouflaging gray hair you're proud of it's beautiful

Charlie Ponger:

right here but I don't really think about the tight shirt versus the nut. I got to start thinking about that.

Debbie:

Except you're doing fine I'll let you know when you saw you know being too hairy some people don't like being too

Luz Michelle:

hairy. Yeah, good one right.

Debbie, Luz:

Sometimes girls are too hairy. Yeah. Okay.

Charlie Ponger:

And you know what? This you know what sucks about being hairy like the summertime? Because yeah, like on your arms, your legs. It attracts bugs like they want to cling on to your hair like the natural

Debbie, Luz:

you know that to me honey is really Harry's

Charlie Ponger:

razor out for summertime and because I don't like and

Debbie, Luz:

then hanging

Charlie Ponger:

and when you're sweating

Debbie, Luz:

can't even discuss this anywhere discussing

Luz Michelle:

how long have you been doing forever?

Debbie, Luz:

This is really wrong.

Charlie Ponger:

How about the drips from the slit your hair? Are you shaving? Have to shave my arms.

Debbie, Luz:

Okay, so here we go. He's admitting things. He's got to shave his body shape.

Luz Michelle:

So there you go. See

Charlie Ponger:

these? These shaved arms. I don't shave them all the way down to that bug. I just trimmed them right foot the harrow gets so long that in the summertime you know when you start sweat. a droplet of sweat will stay on the piece of hair and then it'll make you itch and it'll like circle the sudden you think it's a bug. It's a whole thing.

Debbie, Luz:

Okay, so now you're admitting you have some things that you care about and are concerned about that you are body part issue slowly cutting it's not about you don't like your hairy arms? Is

Charlie Ponger:

that fair to saying? Because of the bugs in the sweat? Yeah,

Debbie, Luz:

that would be a turnoff for me.

Luz Michelle:

alarmed me.

Debbie, Luz:

Or bugs living on you anywhere or? Problem? I have other

Luz Michelle:

issues. For me. It's the arms in the stomach the the underride Yeah, like I'm the one in the summer sweating because I'm wearing something over my arms with a tank top right it's like my husband really just shaken up I'm like stop it. I'll bring attention to that ever be like yeah, just taking a look you're gonna bleeding when you're suffering. I'm gonna shut the fuck up. You don't want to be sitting Laurel what's a call and 97 degrees

Debbie, Luz:

that is so right on the money right? So many women. The bridal industry should really everybody should really be just be put away from making every dress sleeveless. Like what are they thinking about hugs can be a little slow. Everybody goes out to that. Formula fairs like oh, they have a sleeveless everybody's gets a dress and tries to wrap like a bedspread around them to go to an event because like they want to hide their arms women. Oh, so wrong.

Luz Michelle:

I wasn't always like that. No, it's gonna

Charlie Ponger:

happen. I wonder if they're a man. Am I the only guy that doesn't know that?

Luz Michelle:

He's no, you will watch tonight? Actually.

Debbie, Luz:

My thing is varicose veins. Now they're attractive. Oh, yeah. I just sometimes look at them and try that again. Like, that's like a roadmap to California go south and go up north. Google could use my legs to show people where to go and finding the humor.

Charlie Ponger:

Gotta find the humor. And

Debbie, Luz:

every time I go somewhere, I'm like, I just blow another vein. What the hell is that? Alright, so anyway, body parts. We just want to say that at certain point, and this is really important. You start to take the pressure off yourself about you know, all these things that were aggravated you your entire life that kept you from enjoying yourself to the fullest. Then back to how many days I didn't go somewhere because my error was wrong. Right?

Luz Michelle:

Or you're just feeling bad mood because your outfit doesn't fit the way you thought it was gonna

Charlie Ponger:

days you're gone, right?

Debbie, Luz:

So many wasted days. If we were to give one word of advice to our teenager audiences, think about how idiotic you sound when you say you're not going someplace because of a body part. Give yourself a smack out the door. Let's get out the door. Let's do this

Charlie Ponger:
